Since beginning of 2018 we are providing technical consultancy for improvement projects in an integrated plant of a global cement manufacturer in Southern Russia. The scope of work comprises:

• Optimisation and improvement of quarry operations and raw material handling
• Improvement and stabilisation of kiln operation
• Improvement and optimisation of cement grinding installations
• Set-up and Maintenance of KPI reporting system
• Development and execution of Improvement  and CAPEX projects
